Our mission is to provide the youth in our program: a safe and healthy environment to further their athletic dreams by using a unique combination of academic, mentoring, social networking, and athletic training accompanied by love, morality and discipline to ensure our Pirates are prepared for life after sports.

Our motivating and highly focused environment are designed to give everyone the Elite Student Athlete experience. Our program is created to give the same benefits that collegiate and professional athletes receive in their programs.

At Oceanside High School we implement and instill core values in all athletes from the beginning of their training program to their professional careers. These values are integrity, commitment, humility, ownership, flexibility, and balance. Our goal is that they will keep these core values and continue to build on them throughout their high school, collegiate and professional careers.
